Extension to the Pulley Product Range
18.06.2007New catalogue for decoupled pulleys available in June.
Our new catalogue for decoupled pulleys will be published in June to offer an even wider range of products to the independent garages: the portfolio will be supplemented with 15 new references for additional vehicle applications from Opel, Ford and Mercedes, available from July.
Now, even more drivers can profit from highly advanced technology in OE quality: the pulley decouples the belt drive from the crankshaft, in addition to the conventional damping of the axial vibrations. This reduces the strain on neighbouring components and also extends the life time of both belt and pulley. Furthermore, the reduced noise level means enhanced driving comfort.
Particularly vehicles with diesel engines--which create stronger vibrations than petrol engines--benefit from this innovative product. In order for the pulley to be always fully functional it should be checked every 90,000 kilometres (approx. 56,000 miles) and ought to be replaced together with the belt. User friendly installation instructions in every box assist the mechanic during installation.
