CORTECO mobilized its whole sales team and took advantage of this major event of the industry to present on its stand the latest technological innovations of the Freudenberg group in 3 areas of expertise; sealing, vibration control and cabin air filtration. 

CORTECO reinforced its leadership in sealing technologies by continuing to develop its offer to meet the specific demands of the Aftermarket. In addition to the existing catalogue, a new mini catalogue, easy to use, allows a rapid identification of the most common applications and positions CORTECO as the true benchmark for oil seals. With the "oil drain plug and washers" pocket catalogue, CORTECO offers the widest blister range of the market with 50 drain plug + washer kits with more than 90% coverage of the vehicle park. The publication of this catalogue is supported with a new display for retailers. In addition to its expertise in engine sealing, CORTECO highlighted its position as world number one in sealing for automatic transmissions and power steering with its TransTec® repair kits. 

CORTECO reinforced its range of vibration control parts, especially for engine and gearbox mounts, with a new catalogue. The new catalogue contains 250 new, technologically advanced, references leading to an offer more than 1,000 references, and is presented in a manner which meets our customer requirements for identification of the parts. This offer is linked to the creation in 2012 of the joint venture between Freudenberg Vibracoustic division and the Swedish OE manufacturer Trelleborg, strengthening its position as world leader in the area of engine and chassis vibration control. 

Also launched at Equip Auto was the CORTECO "smellbox" allowing Distributors and Mechanics to demonstrate the differences between "Particle" and Carbon Activated" Cabin Air Filters, to their customers, increasing the options available. CORTECO offers a full range of more than 760 references in cabin filtration including the widest range in the market of carbon activated filters. 

Finally, EQUIP AUTO was used as an opportunity for CORTECO to unveil a new global organization further strengthening our position in the global market.
